Before I started helping companies protect revenue in AI search, I spent 11 years doing work where the margin for sloppy thinking was basically zero.

I spent 7 years at UPS as an Industrial Engineer, assigned to four satellite buildings across Chicagoland and Indiana. That job was planning, process improvement, and asking the same uncomfortable question over and over: where is the system leaking time, money, or capacity?

After UPS, I managed the coin room for Brinks in Chicago for 4 years. Every day, my team was responsible for balancing roughly $22 million in inventory. Not "close enough." Balanced. Accounted for. Trustworthy. When the numbers don't tie out, you don't hand-wave it. You find the gap.
